When to Call a Home Coach

There are so many situations that call for asking for the support of a home coach, who can serve as a professional organizer, efficiency expert, and/or mindfulness coach. If any of the following apply to you, please reach out so that we can come up with a plan for creating the home you deserve.

●    Any time you feel overwhelmed in your home: Your home should be your safe haven.  Your belongings should be organized in a way that they are ready and waiting for you when you need them.  If it feels like your belongings are “running the show”, call me to support you in finding the peace you so very much deserve to feel. Selling a home: declutter, make packing easier, and stage your home for faster sale, resulting in a higher selling price!

●    Moving into a new home: find the most efficient ways to store your belongings to make day-to-day living, chores, and maintenance as simple as possible.  Choose mindfully what items with which you will surround yourself.

●    Selling a home: declutter, make packing easier, and stage your home for faster sale, resulting in a higher selling price!

●    Executing an Estate: get support with packing up and the eventual sale of a loved one’s home.   Have someone by your side as you grieve.  Utilize the assistance of a non-family member to facilitate the division of family heirlooms.

●    Life Changes: Having a new baby, getting a divorce, and when your children leave home are prime opportunities to reassess how your home is used and what items you no longer need.

●    Teaching organizational skills to tweens/teens: doing homework on time and taking care of their own personal space and belongings are vital pieces of the puzzle in preparing children to be independent adults.  Invest in the support of an organizer and/or life coach to teach skills that will be used in high school, college, and for a lifetime. I have experience working with adults as well as children with ADD/ADHD.

●    Formulating an organizational plan: a budget-friendly way to get started is to hire an organizer to create a do-it-yourself plan for organizing your home.  Get an in-home consultation that results in a step-by-step plan that self-motivated homeowners can execute independently.

●    As a gift: for anyone in your life who might feel supported and comforted by the assistance of an organizer.
